20 Yard Bin Rental - Outside City & Area

Service Description

Capacity: 6-7 Yards Material(s): Organics/Dirt Only Placement: Driveway/Back Alley Rental Duration: 2 Weeks • All Bin Rentals are to be coordinated via email. Please complete our online form or email admin@dirtdump.ca to schedule. • After we received your booking you will receive an email from our team with our Customer Service Agreement which will contain all necessary information about your Bin Rental. We will require the document to be signed and returned to us before your Bin is delivered. • Payment is due before the bin will be delivered - an Invoice will be sent when the Bin Delivery is confirmed which can be paid online or by e-Transfer to admin@dirtdump.ca. • A 5% Fuel Surcharge is included in the bin rental price. • Bins can only be filled to 1/3 full due to weight restrictions. • Price includes bin rental, delivery, pick up and disposal fees. • We require 36 hours notice to guarantee availability. • These bins are for organics only (dirt, sod, clay, sand etc.) and extra charges will apply if non-organics are in the load: i.e.: garbage, concrete, wood, etc. We also ask that you do not throw in shrubs, trees/tree branches and/or yard waste. • 20 Yard Bin is approximately 7 ft. wide, 16 ft. long and 5 ft. high. • Please download our Bin Rental Agreement Contract (found on our 'Services' page under 'Bin Rentals') for more detailed information about the Bin Rental use and expectations. We will ask this to be reviewed and signed when booking a bin through us. *Please note: The exact time of booking might not be met. We try our best to deliver the bins for the time booked, but many factors can cause delays. We do not guarantee the timing of the delivery, only the day in which the drop off will occur. *If timing of delivery is sensitive due to onsite equipment and/or crews, we suggest booking the bin a day in advance to avoid a potential delay when waiting for the bin to arrive.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please provide us with at least 6 hours notice. We asked for 48 hours notice for Winter Dumping Appointments booked online. If you are hoping to use the lot sooner please call Dirt Dump at (403)969-0110 to see if we can accommodate an earlier appointment. Bin Rentals placed on Fridays will not be scheduled until Monday morning. Bookings placed over the weekend may not be able to be accommodated until late afternoon the following Tuesday or potentially Wednesday. Bins are not delivered or picked up over the weekend.
